Join Kiely for a four week series designed to create an opportunity for community , consistency and commitment to a practice.
While public classes build the necessary and foundational understanding of yoga, this series is designed for more in-depth, focused study and application of yogic teachings. This series is meant to help you establish a practice that is firmly rooted, stable and to build a stable and solid foundation. You will be able to ask questions, break down poses and explore your own relationship to Yoga. Each week we will work with different themes based on Yoga and Mindfulness teachings.
